Bio: I've been a rails developer for just over 2 years. I decided to use rails in my medical startup due to the promise of rapid development and to escape the Java/J2EE mindset. I haven't looked back since. Everyone I've met in the Ruby/Rails community are great people and I'm looking forward to meeting more of them!
