Bio: I started infochimps.org (a website to find any dataset in the world), and I'm finishing grad school at UT. My research work involves smashing massive datasets together and finding science in what falls out. Lately, this has involved comparing the flow of topics on the twitter friend graph to the standard models for the spread of epidemics. When I'm not doing all that, I enjoy bowling and old cars (if you know where to find power window mechanism for a '68 Buick please get in touch.)
